TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Scope

CahayaMata Services provides rental of neonatal phototherapy equipment for home use, based on prior medical advice. We do not provide medical diagnosis or replace hospital care.

2. Customer Responsibility

- Equipment must be used according to instructions provided.

- The baby must be supervised at all times during use.

- Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for the baby’s condition and medical follow-up.

3. Waiver Requirement

All customers must sign the Consent & Liability Waiver before rental. CahayaMata Services is not liable for medical outcomes, misuse, or non-compliance.

4. Equipment Care

- Equipment remains the property of CahayaMata Services.

- Any loss, damage, or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

5. Payments & BNPL

- Rental fees are payable as agreed.

- BNPL options, if offered, are subject to third-party approval.

- CahayaMata Services is not responsible for BNPL approval decisions, payment schedules, or penalties imposed by the BNPL provider.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

6. No Refund After Delivery

Once equipment is delivered or rental has started, no refunds will be given.

7. Pre-Delivery Cancellation

Cancellations before dispatch may be considered for a partial refund, at our discretion.

8. Early Return

Early return of equipment does not qualify for a refund.

9. Equipment Fault

If equipment is faulty upon delivery, we will arrange repair or replacement. Refunds apply only if replacement is not possible.

By proceeding with the rental, the customer agrees to the above Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
